A visit to the salon should always be an enjoyable experience for both the client and the stylist. To help your visit to run smoothly we wanted to share with you a few thoughts on how best to achieve this.
Pre book
To ensure you get the date and time you want it is benefical to pre book a few weeks in advance and if you are a regular client it is wise to rebook as you are leaving. We know things happen in life that throw schedules out the window but we will always try to accommodate you wherever possible.
Cancellations and no shows
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice, we always have a waiting list so with your notice we can fill that space. No shows are not acceptable at any time and may lead to a charge being implemented.
Arrive on time
Please arrive on time for your appointment, we allocate a certain amount of time for each service and we need all of this time to make sure you get the service you deserve.
Bringing your child
We love children and they are always welcome, however some services can take 4, 5, or even 6 hours, so on these occasions, if you want to relax and enjoy the experience its best to leave the little ones at home.
Ask questions
We love questions, it is important that we are all on the same page, so ask as many questions as you like, this is what a consultation is all about, we need to get all the information that we can from you, and you need feel comfortable with everything from service to price.
Complaints
If you are not happy with you hair or the service given please tell us, we would much rather be given the chance to rectify a situation than lose your valued custom.
